I have attached some screenshots (on the Twitter post) so people can be left in no doubt as to what was going on. As can be seen I deposited £4292 into the account. I withdrew £1000 and then another £1715. Verification had been completed. I then tried to withdraw a further £5000 from the account. I was told originally that requests can take up to 28 days. I recently got an email saying that withdrawal request was more than 3 months ago and had been cancelled. So I made another request recently for £4000. We are kidding ourselves if we think that makes any difference having waited 3 months before without success.
Once again continually fobbed off by Customer Services. The issue has been escalated. Finance dept is looking into it. Blah blah blah. Obviously, it was never my intention to have so much in there but having had two successful withdrawals I naively thought we would be ok for a while.
With the current balance at £9683 added to the £4000 (pending withdrawal) the total balance is £13683. Maybe they will shock me and make the payment but I am not holding my breath. Again no recourse. Literally just stealing balances from customers. Complete scammers.
